Well, its halloween again today and I just realized it, when it is already midday. It seems like any other day. It seems such a big deal when I was small but now I guess my mind is elsewhere. Although, I love the fact that there is a holiday that celebrates pure evil. Oh well, I might do what I always do on Halloween: listen to Helloween songs or watching Friday the 13th. Well, for people celebrating it, I say Happy Happy Halloween.

As sung by: King Diamond
(music: King Diamond & Michael Denner; lyrics: King Diamond)

Oh It's Halloween
Every Night To Me Is Halloween
Like An Ancient Scene
You Know Just What I Mean

Halloween You Are My Pride
Halloween Not Just A Dream

The Moon Is Full, Another Perfect Day Has Began
Like A Demon's Eye, That Devil's Eye
Will We Ever Die
Solo: Mike
Halloween You Are My Pride
Halloween Not Just A Dream
Solo: Andy
Every Night Will Be Another Evil Scene
Like In Horror Dreams I Want
I Command You To Scream

Halloween You Are My Pride
Halloween Not Just A Dream

Lyrics I Made

Hey, I decided to post a lyrics I made awhile ago. Warning: this might offend some people because of the offensive language. This is what happens when you hear waaaay too much Suicidal Tendencies on the way to the office.....

Send Me Your Hate

I know that I am hated
Love is just a fantasy
No one cares
No one gives a fuck

Why should I care if you are dying?
Why should I care that you care about me?
Fuck you, fuck her, fuck him
Fuck everyone in this world

Br: This ain't no love song
Because love is so wasted

Ch: Send me you hate
Send it with care
Send it with love
Never mind it's insincere

Some people gets all the love
Living in a fuckin' bubble world
Life is one big fairytale
Motherfuckers must die!

Kill everyone
Kill my sorrow
Kill my pain
Kill my fuckin' self

Repeat Br, Ch

You can say I'm depressed
I'm over the edge
I'm crazy as hell
The truth is I don't give a fuck

Repeat BR, CH until fade

I was just thinking of the state of pop punk these days and in a way it reminded of the times of the last days of pop metal (or "hair metal"). Let me explain: before metal was destroyed by Nirvana, every week, there seems to be a new batch of bands coming out of nowhere that sounds the same, like Trixter, Southgang, Firehouse etc. Well for now, it's kinda like that with pop punk, with many new bands coming out of nowhere...Coincidence? Also another thing, many of these bands, including Lifehouse, The Calling, and Simple Plan are very pretty boys that reminds us of the pretty boys of hair metal. Only time will tell if this is the end of pop punk or they will miracalously survive. Personally, I really want it to survive because pop punk is such a fun genre...

Lyrics of the Day

Well, here we go again with another lyrics. I usually don't really like Indonesian love songs. Almost all of them are corny beyond belief and are really boring. This song is an exception. Anyways, for those people who don't speak Indonesian, this song is talking about some guy telling his girl that he is not a poet, but he will do anything for her. Very romantic....

Aku mungkin bukan pujangga
Aku mungkin tak selalu ada
Ini diriku apa adanya
Mungkin aku bukan pujangga yang pandai merangkai kata
'Ku tak s'lalu kirimkan bunga 'tuk ungkapkan hatiku
Mungkin aku tak 'kan pernah memberi intan permata
(Back to # and Chorus repeated)

Some Karaoke Ideas

If everything goes to plan, this weekend, my friends and I are planning to have a Karaoke night. That got me thinking of some songs I wanted to sing on that day. Here is a laundry list, on top of my head:

1. Lost In Your Eyes (Debbie Gibson) --> this is my fave romantic song of all time.
2. You Give Love A Bad Name (Bon Jovi) --> I love Bon Jovi and this song was what got me into them back in the days.
3. The Day You Went Away (M2M) --> memories.......
4. Especially For You (Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan) --> this is a great song if there is a hot chick that day :p
5. I'll Be Loving You (Forever) (New Kids on the Block) --> don't ask, I just like this song.... 'Nuff said
6. The Reason (Hoobastank) --> Again, don't ask....
7. Bukan Pujangga (Base Jam) --> My favorite Indonesian romantic love song
8. Summer Nights (OST Grease) --> Again, another great duet song that everyone knows.
9. Heaven (Bryan Adams) --> A real chick magnet, if done right.....
10. 18 And Life (Skid Row) --> I doubt they will have this, but I used to sing this song all the time, back in the days...

Favorite Quote from a Teen Movie

Allison Reynolds: When you grow up, your heart dies.

Lyrics of the Day

Have you ever had a song that kinda explains who you are and what you are feeling at a moment in time? Well, for now this song vividly explains what I am going through right now....

"I'm Not Okay (I Promise)"
by: My Chemical Romance

Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say.
I never want to let you down or have you go, it's better off this way.
For all the dirty looks, the photographs your boyfriend took,
Remember when you broke your foot from jumping out the second floor?

I'm not okay
I'm not okay
I'm not okay
You wear me out

What will it take to show you that it's not the life it seems?
(I'm not okay)
I told you time and time again you sing the words but don't know what it means
(I'm not okay)
To be a joke and look, another line without a hook
I held you close as we both shook for the last time take a good hard look!

I'm not okay
I'm not okay
I'm not okay
You wear me out

Forget about the dirty looks
The photographs your boyfriend took
You said you read me like a book, but the pages all are torn and frayed

I'm okay
I'm okay!
I'm okay, now
(I'm okay, now)

But you really need to listen to me
Because I'm telling you the truth
I mean this, I'm okay!
(Trust Me)

I'm not okay
I'm not okay
Well, I'm not okay
I'm not o-fucking-kay
I'm not okay
I'm not okay

Random Thought of the Day

I lost a close friend today due to some kind of misunderstanding. I won't go into details who it is or what it is all about. Let's just say it was very messy. That made me think, when you lose a friend, especially someone that you knew like almost forever, it seems to hurt as much as losing a girlfriend or maybe even more. I mean you know how after you broke up with your girl, you hate her so much but you also miss her affection and being with her? Well, it kinda feels that way sometimes with your friends. I remember when my I broke up with my last girfriend, my friends were there to get me through it, even though I kinda ignored them when I was with her. Nowadays, I am having so much fun with my friends that the need for a girl seems so far behind in my mind. I am having so much fun anyways! For the three friends that I am hanging out right now, thank you for being true friends... Hope our friendship will last forever. Cheers!!!!
